Description:
Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR): it is made by emulsion polymerization method between butadiene and acrylonitrile, it is mainly produced by low-temperature emulsion polymerization method, with good oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesion.
The disadvantages are poor low-temperature resistance, poor ozone resistance, poor insulation performance and low elasticity. It belongs to synthetic rubber with good oil (especially the paraffin oil) and aging resistance. It can be used for a long time in the air at 120℃ or in the oil at 150℃. In addition, it also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent adhesion performance. NBR has good compatibility with PVC and cool acid resin, so it is often mixed with resin to do material modification. It is mainly used in aviation, automobile, printing, textile and machinery manufacturing, etc.
The nitrile oil-resistant rubber sealing strip is formed by microwave vulcanization process at one time. The surface is smooth and beautiful, with good elasticity and resistance to compression deformation, weather aging, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and a wide temperature range (-50℃~+120 ℃) and other excellent performance, has been widely used in manufacturing industries such as automobile doors, windows and curtain walls. For products with different shapes, different materials, or cold resistance, heat resistance, foaming, solid body, and special performance requirements, they can meet the needs of design and use.
Nitrile rubber sealing ring has better heat resistance. Its heat resistance is better than neoprene.
The long-term use temperature can reach 100~115℃.
The high temperature resistance is about 10℃ higher than that of neoprene.
The general use temperature range: About -45℃~+150℃
