Low Compression Set Oil Resistance Hydrogenated Butadiene-Acrylonitrile HNBR Compound
Characteristics:
HNBR: it is a kind of highly saturated elastomer get by special hydrogenation processing of NBR, it has good oil resistance (with good resistance to fuel oil, lubricating oil and aromatic solvent), in addition, due to its highly saturated structure, it has good heat resistance, good chemical corrosion resistance (good resistance to Freon, acid and alkali), excellent resistance to ozone and higher resistance to compression permanent deformation; at the same time,
HNBR also has the characteristics such as high strength, high tear performance and excellent wear resistance, etc, it is one of rubbers with very excellent comprehensive performance.
The temperature resistance is 130℃-180℃ and cold resistance is -55℃--38℃, is widely used in automobile and oil field, etc, industrial areas.
Feature :
While maintaining the original excellent oil resistance of NBR, HNBR has obtained very good heat resistance (high temperature resistance of 150℃) and ozone resistance.
Its application field has broken through the traditional field of NBR. Due to the low stiffness of HNBR , the process performance is good, the density is low, more fillers can be added, and the unit volume of HNBR products is only half of the fluorine rubber, so it will become a substitute for special elastomers such as fluorine rubber. In my country, hydrogenated butyronitrile has been maturely used in the oil field industry.
Processing method: Mould pressing, injection pressing, etc
End product: O ring, oil seal, packer, cable, hose, sheet, diaphragm etc.
Color: Black, red, brown, and others
Hardness: 60-90 Shore A
