Safety tips for product processing
1. Fluorine rubber will decompose in a small amount in an environment of 260~300 ℃ for a long time.
Its main components are toxic hydrogen fluoride and fluorocarbon.
When it is higher than 300 ℃, the product decomposes faster, and when exposed to an open flame, it will also release Toxic hydrogen fluoride and fluorocarbons; so the vulcanization temperature cannot exceed 220 degrees Celsius.
2 . Processing considerations
The rubber compound should be kept clean during the process of mixing and semi-finished products,and no other impurities should be mixed in;
3. Precautions for storage
Fluorine rubber is more sensitive to water and light and should be stored in a clean, cool and dry place; The storage temperature of the rubber compound should be controlled within 25 degrees.
4. Quality issues
If the rubber material is found to have appearance quality problems during use, the rubber material should be isolated and cannot be used immediately, and timely feedback to us, we will provide solutions as soon as possible, and we will not be responsible for the product quality caused by our own use;
