Low Compression Set Fluorcarbon Uncured Compound Used In Gas Tube Sealing
Five common rubber materials are used in oil and gas industry :NBR rubber, HNBR rubber, FKM rubber, Alfas Rubber, and Propylene copolymer and FFKM rubber.
Natural gas main components are: most methane, small amount of ethane and propane and butane.
Fluorine rubber copolymer and terpolymer type have good resistance to the butane and Methane and Propane that means fluoro rubber also have good resistance of the natural gas.
Fluororubber is a kind of polymer. It has particularly excellent performance and is widely used in the production of special sealing products. In the pipeline and joint of natural gas products, fluorogum O-type Square-type sealing ring is also widely used.
Natural gas is a combustible gas mixture consisting mainly of (CH4) hydrocarbon gases. There are three main forms of existence:
1. Ordinary natural gas refers to natural gas at room temperature and pressure with a relative density of 0.59. Under standard conditions (101325Pa, 0℃), the density of natural gas mixture is 0.71 Kg/m3 and the air density is 1.29 Kg/m3, and the relative density is the ratio of the two.
2. Compressed natural gas (CNG) refers to natural gas with a pressure of more than 20MPa and a general pressure of 25MPa. It is an ideal vehicle fuel.
3. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) refers to the natural gas that is transformed into a liquid state. Under normal pressure, the temperature is cooled to -162℃. From gas to liquid if cooled to -140℃ at 20MP.
